Previous Meetings
Summer Seminar
EPRI’s Board of Directors and Advisory Council jointly sponsor the invitation-only Summer Seminar each year to bring together leaders and experts from the electricity sector, academia, and governmental and non-governmental groups. The event is designed to explore science and technology aspects of a critical electricity sector topic.
2009 Summer Seminar: “Creating Our Future”
Kicking off this year’s seminar, EPRI President and CEO, Steve Specker, presented the updated Prism and MERGE analyses that show a full portfolio of electricity sector technologies could address the dual challenge of meeting demand growth and CO2 emissions constraints, while limiting increases in the cost of electricity.
