Solar Electric Interest Group

Solar Electric Interest Group (SEIG) Overview
The Solar Electric Interest Group (SEIG) provides a forum for participants to exchange information on all solar electric technologies, applications, and market developments. Examples of expected interest group information and activities include: the role of solar energy in Renewable Portfolio Standards and related compliance strategies; the potential for utility development of solar resources on both sides of the meter; and the use of portfolio planning and analysis tools. In addition, SEIG members learn about ongoing research relative to solar electric systems and will have an opportunity to advise and to participate in EPRI R&D activities.
