Making Downloading Easier

We recommend two ways to make downloads easier and quicker:

1) Follow these easy instructions for setting your browser options:

Internet Explorer 6 (PDF)

Internet Explorer 7 (PDF)

2) Use the latest version of Adobe Reader

The download is quick, easy and free. You'll need to restart your computer after the download of the software has finished. EPRI recommends using Adobe Reader version 8 for best performance of downloads.

Help for Those Who Do Not See the Content Expected

Press and hold the "Ctrl" key while you click on the link of the document requested.

If another browser window does not open which displays the information you requested, please check to see if you have a Pop-up Blocker setting on your browser.

If you continue to have download issue that the above method cannot resolve, please call the EPRI Customer Assistance Center at 1-800-313-3774 or 650-855-2121.

Having trouble downloading?

Internet Explorer Information Bar
Internet Explorer blocks automatic downloads by default, instead displaying an "Information Bar" at the top of the page. (example)

Click on the bar and select "Download file" or follow these simple instructions to change your settings.

Pop-up blocker software
You can hold down the CTRL key when selecting Download to bypass your pop-up blocker.

You may also configure your pop-up blocker to allow EPRI.com and my.epri.com to open new windows.

Recommended Software
EPRI recommends using Internet Explorer 7 and Adobe Reader version 8 for best performance.

Product Download

Your download will begin shortly. A dialog box will appear in this window and you will be prompted to Open the file from its current location or Save the file to your computer (recommended). You may also choose to Cancel the download.

If the dialog box does not appear after one minute, see the "Having trouble downloading" section on the left
